What payments do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal and Klarna. If you decide to use Paypal or Klarna, you’ll be taken to the their websites, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where can I find my order number?

we send out an email on confirmation of your order with the order number and details about your order. If you have not received it please also check your junk as sometimes they can end up in there.

What is your return policy?

We aim for customer satisfaction in everything we do from the products and packaging to the overall experience. This sometimes does not always work out for many reasons, you have 14 days from delivery to return your item(s)

If you contact our customer service team on hello@yourpieceormine.com with your order number and tracking confirmation we can keep and eye on it coming back in to process it.

All items being returned must be unworn and how they were sent. We cannot accept returns on earrings unfortunately for hygiene reasons

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. There is a short period from us receiving the order to us fulfilling it. Get in contact with us here

If we have already dispatched your order, wait until you have received it and return it back to us if you still wish.

Do you sell gift cards ?

Yes we do, it's one of our favourite products as we believe a gift is the best sort of energy you can receive and you can find them here
